Any aftermarket barrel that matches your paint good. I suggest dye for looks and performance, and CP for decent looks and cheapness. They still work great for the price.

Or if you are a tournament player, then go with a freak for its versatility.

hehe
if you are a tournament player, get 3 good one piece barrels in small medium and large bore and play hard till you start getting barrels for free
two piece barrels are innefficent and having like 9 different sizes means you'll have 9 different chances to screw up per game.

OK, yeah It'd be good to get like all the different bore size boomsticks, but if you are low on cash a freak will work. With the correct paint-barrel match it will shoot good. I have personally shot a freak and they aren't bad.

i heard the lapco bigshots are really good. they are very efficient and are strait as hell with a good paint to barrel match.

1.)Any barrel will shoot staight with a good paint-barrel match.
2.)The Bigshot isn't efficient, it is loud and a huge air waster.
Sorry to shoot down your ideas.

How is the Lapco Bigshot a big air waster, exactly? You're the only person I've -ever- heard claim that a Lapco barrel is not efficient.
Furthermore, a Lapco -can- be pretty quiet depending on the gun you put it on. A lower operating pressure will quiet it nicely.

Spend the money for a Freak barrel. I have one, and i love it.
You will always have a great barrel-paint match with the 8 inserts, and it is worth every penny
