air compressor to fill tank

is it possible to use an air compresser my dad has in his shop to fill my nitro tank. i mean if it was high pressure enough. ? thnx

not unless it is a scuba compressor.

Most shops don't need over 200 psi for anything.

Your tank should hold 3000 to 4500 psi so it would
do no good to use a shop compressor for that.

if he happens to have an air compressor that is powerful enough... note that these things cost in the thousands so i doubt its capable of it, but who knows.
