i just got back from vacation and listened to my messages (becuase i sent my gun away to blast to be fixed) and bob long himself called me like 3-4 days ago to tell me what was wronf with my gun. I had a leak in 2 of my air hoses and ram and poppet o-rings need to be replaced also needed a good tune up. And get this it was all free!!!! didnt even have to pay for shipping!. This has to be the best support ever! I mean get fixed for free and the maker and inventer of the gun calls you himself! I dont see Tom Kaye calling people that send their automags in to get fixed!(no offense to him) All I am saying is that saving up my money to upgrade from my m98 to uy my timmy had to be the best investment ever! I am very proud to be a timmy ower!

i had the very same thing, when i first messed up my noid (damn teflon) he talked to me trying to figure out what the problem was, after he knew what was wrong he offered to fix my gun for free! thats awesome! it was my fault i broke it and he fixed it for FREE! damn thats the best service ive ever seen! bob long rox!
