hey, i have a max flo and conquest but on different guns. max flo is on my impulse and conquest on my angel. i'll tell you about the consistency on the conquest. i just got it today. my impulse gets krazy consistency. +2/-2 one time i got 5 285's. i thought the chrono was broken or something...

Sounds good!!!
Have you tried both tanks on your angel???If so, witch tank is more consistant over the chrony? The quest is giving you good readings over the chrony, what about the maxflo?

I double reg my Angel with a max flow and minireg, and my consistancy is usually around +/- 2. The max flow is a GREAT performer.

For me the Conquest/Maxflow has been the question of my month. I am looking into buying a new tank, but I want to know which one has the highest flow. I looked on a poll on this forum and it was like a 40-60 split on the conquest to max flow percentage wise. This could be a fault of the conquest people not using a max flow or visa versa. I would like to know if there have been any tests done to show flow, especially by some independent group. If I don't find anything out soon, I will just get a Max flow because I know i can get it in blue. It's lame reasoning, but that is all i have to go off of. Any help would be cool.

i think there was a test done like this

at the AC nppl my friend when there and he said that cross fire or some one had a test that they did and the top 3 were cross fire max flow and the conquest in my opinion i have a max flow and when i single reg it it doesnt do as well if i had double reged it but thats my opinion and i know people will disagree with me!

i still havent got a chance to use the conquest yet....
my angel has problems. but someone told me that single reg is better for the conquest. there is one problem i dont like about the conquest is how hard it is to turn on. you'll get blisters trying to turn it on all the time. its hard..and when you turn it off, you better keep any fingers, actually anything away from the on/off switch. it will literally break you finger or macroline if its in the way. but i think it depends on how much pressure you run through it. like for the angel it has to be 500-600 psi. when the pressure is lower its easier to turn on and off

yeah, i run a conqquest on my imp and its a piece of cake to turn considering my output pressure is at 110..its also very consistent it was +/- 5 without another reg and now i have a gladiator and its +/- 1 all the time...conquest/gladiator=awsome

diff's

everyone seems to get really good results with the conquest /glad
combo or the maxflo / gassthru combo.

Either way you spend over $400 on your setup. That is just fine.

If money is a concern then go for the lp crossfire / gladiator but
be careful not to get dirt in the air system since the glads don't
handle that too well.

I heartily reccomend the palmer stabilizer. I also understand the
sidewinder is an excellent reg.

This place has colored conquests and glads. It sounded like a couple people might be interested.
