halo a ?

i heard there was a halo a at one point that shot as fast as an egg but was replaced by the halo b because it wasnt belt driven is this true?

yes. the original halo A is a gear drive halo. it was a bit slower than a halo B and a bit faster than an egg. they upgraded to the B because it allowed for the motor and whatnot to slip rather than break a ball in the event of a jam or brittle paint.

thats strang that they replaced it so it would slip, because mine just broke paintballs and covered my paintballs with paint.

well it's not perfect, but it breaks far less than the old halo A
