The torid x eye question
Can you test if the eye works by sticking your finger in and shooting it fast with just the battery on? I recently played with the eye on and it was only shooting one ball per second and i wasn't using dark paint.

...as fast as you pull the trigger, the eyes only there to detect paint, it doesnt slow the ugn down unless you have a revvie and can outshoot it

cool i found out a way to test your eyes. This worked for me, with eyes on try walking your trigger with one hand amnd with the other hand you move the bolt back and forth.

Actually your incorrect. The eye will detect reflections of any kind. If you stick your finger in there and wiggle it a little, the eye will work correctly and sense your finger. The bad thing is, it sounds like this kid's eye is broken. Check your board and make sure its plugged in correctly. If so, check the EYE wires and harness for any splits or shorts of any source. Sounds like an eye problem for sure.
