Just wondering if the brightness of the colors or the colors themselves would be illegal in the GPL.

Matt sanders from arsenalA was the first, than markus got a pair from matt, and than people saw markus wearing them and than it exploded....and no i dont think their illegal

Well I've had them for a long time, just used the pic from an online store so I didn't have to take a pic of my pair.
