Yea, but you neglected to mention the part about upping the velocity, which made it sound like there was no difference between the barrels.

Next thing, if I can point better with an 8 inch barrel than a 16 wouldn't that make the shorter barrel shoot more accurately?


Its not going to matter for you, get whatever size barrel you please.

i didnt really read the previous posts, but accuracy depends on the paint-barrel match, and consistency. i have a 14" dye aluminum, its easy to sight down but its a bit bulky and a would like to get a 10-12". also when you get into the 16-20" range you start to get get worse gas efficiency. Also, does pressure affect accuracy???....it kinda seems like it would, but maybe not
another question....how does porting affect the flight of the ball? it seems if you have a stock barrel w/o any flaws and a good paint-barrel would still have good accuracy, but with all the guns ive owned it never worked like that
