Anyone Else Losing Weight?
Yep, its time to stop being a complete fatass and cut some weight for my overall health and summer. I was 245 my junior year and cutdown to 190. Then slowly got back to 250 over the past 3 years due to laziness, not being able to lift for a year and just eating like a fatass.
So anyone else trying to cut 30+ lbs?

I'm gonna try to cut around 10...lol.
This entire month is focused on Endurance/Stamina/Cardio for my final APFT.

I need to cut about 10-12 lbs by June. I've lost more weight than that in the past, I fought in a San Shou tournament last summer and in the year leading up to it I lost about 35-40 lbs. Mostly did lots of running and ate healthier, as well as eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals. I'd gotten away from doing that the past several months cause of school, but I'm going back to the 6 or so small meals a day routine.
Mostly I'm losing weight to fight at the same tournament again, but I also wanna look good for the summer lol.

Yeah, I want to loose 30 by my birthday in july, I'm at 240 right now, I lost 10 lbs about a month and a half ago but then I kinda got busy and put that on the back burner. After I loose that 30 i want to loose another 20-30 but I'll be happy to be at 200-210 for a while.

Yeah id like to eventually get to 190 again, and then clean bulk to around 200ish and id be happy. Im not looking to be skinny, just not fat anymore.

I just moved and don't have my scale, but last time I checked about 2 or 3 weeks ago I was at 240. Update once every 2 weeks?

I have started running once a week again, upped my protein intake and downed my carbs/cals.
These two things should help me cutoff 3-4 pounds of unwanted fat, from there on it is recomp diet until mid-October.

I'm looking to shed about 10 pounds by the summer, I'm at 180 right now and would really like to be 165-170. Really whatever weight I need to be at so I can see my serratus anteriors again lulz.
CrossFit and running alone have allowed me to drop 3-4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Gotta get back on the diet once I get over this sinus infection.

Bull**** you just have to bicept curl 3 times a week and not change any of your eating habits.
I am so over this whole muscle thing, because it is so easy and I obtained the knowledge Arnold had with about 20 min of research.
