I'm a Christian and do beleive tha prayer does help, however that does not leave the factor of common sense. Good did not ALWAYS promise to heal people (in general, or His people even). The father should of been smarter and driven his daughter to the hospital and have her checker out or whatever. While waiting in the waiting room, is when he should of prayed to God. It's just plan common sense.

EDIT: Prayer helps and all, but it's not a garuntee. God can do whatever he likes, but this is just straight up common sense this dude IMO fails...

I had read it, yes. I didn't mean "you" specifically sorry I should have worded it differently. You being meant in general terms. But I agree with the court's decision though. He deserves what he got.
