No issues with Ken here. Called me back to make sure I wasn't having issues after fixing me up.

ive not seen that issue..yet but i have only had mine for a short time.. i would say lengthen your pull and give yourself a better stop screw position so it doesn't get that deep into the micro switch.. also make sure there is no side to side slop

There have been a few others with crazy bounce. Just needs board adjustment to get rid of it.

I'm at work and don't have the board settings in front of me. I will check when I get home and post it.

Whew, finally finished reading this entire thread after starting this morning. Just traded off my 2011 G6R for a LNIB ZR1.5 with a shiv kit. I have been thinking a long time about getting one of these and finally decided to do it. After reading all the messages in this thread, I am very excited to have it (especially since i have always preferred spoolies over poppits). I am also very comforted knowing there are quite a few knowledgeable people in this thread that can help me should the need arise. Looking forward to joining the family.

Welcome to the ZR1 family! The ZR1 is a fairly simple gun that is very easy to maintain. In stock form (with stock reg/Asa) just make sure to use a lp tank and you should be good to go. Any problems just give me a shout!!

I have both a G6R and ZR1. Can't go wrong either way. What isn't mentioned a lot is the ZR1 has great ergonomics, very comfortable to hold!
You shouldn't have any issues (unless you're like me and only have tanks where the bonnets bypass your hpr, oh well now I really know how to tech my gun though!)

OK! Anyone having severe bounce issues adjust bounce and AMB up 2ms at a time until you have no more bounce issues. I can't give you a exact setting but mine is bounce 2ms above stock and AMB 6ms above stock. The board settings are on the Zodiac website in the forums then click tech/manual..

Questions about the universal rail. 1. How do i remove the reg/asa to put it on? 2. Am i right in assuming i have to get another adapter of some type to attach to the rail and then to the asa since i see no way the universal rail will lock an asa in place?
