Right Detent being blasted away

First I want to be clear, I've searched the forums and wasn't able to find a thread. If there is one I apologize in advance.

Now to my problem... My problem is that the right detent of my NT11 is being blasted to oblivion. I replaced it with the spare in the parts kit, same thing. Bought two new eye pipes and again both right detents were blasted. I even heard one shoot out.

The first couple were broken while out at the field, and the last two were done at home dry firing after I changed out my board. Please help!

It is most likely the black rubber piece that holds the eyes in place

Try taking it out putting it back in. Before you put the eye pipe back in make sure the rubber piece is seated properly

It didn't seem to work. I replaced the rubber piece but ran out of detents to test it on. I ordered more and will check it out once i get them.

Either the detent isnt on the eye pipe correctly or the rubber piece isnt seated correctly. Nothing else would cause that to happen

Both eyepipes were brand new out of the package before i destroyed them. I know you're right, i just don't have a way of knowing the rubber piece is in correctly until I blast a new detent. Looking into the chamber it seems flush.

finally got it going. i thing inside the breach there was some some dirt or something which forced the detent up and prevented it from giving when the ball was fired. Thanks for your help.
