Axe EigenBolt Problem!

So I have had my axe for a while and it's wonderful! Put the eigen bolt in it and it was awesome! But now all it does is drop off I can get 2-3 shots off the it goes down to like 170fps. I think it's the eigen ring coming off but I can't seem to get it off myself. Any ideas on how to remove the ring?
Thanks
Bryce

Best way I've found to get the ring out is to wedge a couple of credit cards behind it and use them to push it down. Since they are plastic they won't scratch the bolt guide or anything.

If you aren't able to get it off easily though, I'm doubting that is your problem.

Remembering: A while back I accidentally put my spacer ring on backwards and my gun did wonky things until I figured it out. Funny thing was since the spacer was backwards the inside o-ring wasn't in the groove at the back but was seriously gripping the bolt guide like Hercules and I couldn't get it to move. I believe I grabbed one of the extremely cheap plastic putty knives I keep around for just such occasions and was able to use that to get the spacer to move down and off without scratching the bolt guide.
