If you're being serious, that'd be a terrible event location. The cost for the NPPL alone would never make them want to go there.

all they need is a really nice field there, or anywhere. If you know of a place that can support an event like an nppl or psp (such as cpx or pevs) then name that location, otherwise forget it. there are probly only about 4-5 drive to locations they will do, san diego (so cal area)/HB, Sacramento (nor cal area), Seattle, vegas and apparently vancouver. other than those locations you need a paintball field, end of story. unless someone big is gonna foot the bill, boston, miami your moms house, none of these will happen!

Miami is awesome (born there) but it won't attract people like vegas and it def wont be as cheap as a 5-6 hour drive from so cal for them

I was not talking about expenses. I was simply talking about hosting the event in a parking lot like they did in vegas and other previous events.

It would be absolutely ridiculous to have another event in Cali, the east coast always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to NPPL events. I played the '06 NPPL when it was at Gillette field where the pats play in Massachusetts.

I voted keeping the event in DC, if they did change the location it better end up somewhere between Florida and Massachusetts.

You have to Move it around to find what areas can support events. I played DC last year. It's a great venue, but it was a small turnout compared to other events. Depending on the success of Vancouver, try a new location for the previous years smallest event. Try southeast, south or southwest.

I'd be in favor of them switching it up from year to year so we can all travel to some different places but I doubt that'll happen.

i say bring it back to miami or florida.there are many teams in florida that would attend specially now with the 5 man format.also it will attract alot of teams from central america since is cheaper to flight here than any other state up north.

It's tough to say, we'll see what happens next season since the schedule has already been decided. It'll depend on team turnout, scheduling and if they think they can get more teams in a different location compared to DC.

The DC event is planned to be skipped by my team because it simply holds no attraction to us, and for that we are using it as a break to save money. If it were to be changed to a more exciting place then we would gladly play the full series.

Well hopefully for the sake of plane tickets and renting cars they come up with a answer soon, I wont be so drastic and say that the location takes away from the love of the sport or use as a "break" it is a series for a reason. But, the venue and teams and interest should be a factor I agree just trying to get some information .

they will not change a venue at this point in the year. locations and sponsorships have already been settled. maybe next year.

Miami would be cool....except that there is not one single field in Miami to play at. The ONLY place I could ever even see possible would be outside of Sun Life Stadium. And it is just super far :/, BUT flights are actually pretty cheap since it gets so much traffic . I would love Miami because I live there, but I just don't see the point of it. DC is a much better venue

New Orleans. MGO was an awesome event. The only down side for the MGO was the rain almost every year. And it pretty much wouldn't rain a month before that and of course when there is a pb tournament the paintball gods said let there be rain. Find a place (and there are plenty of places) with a parking lot or a rec facility to hold the event. Trust me it doesn't have to be Mardi Gras to go to Bourbon St. so have in a little later in the spring.
