Risk VII

Game will be March 12th. Commanders are almost locked in. We are still working on possible rule and map changes. Any suggestions should be sent to me ASAP. The Rats would like 4 or 5 more refs to add to our ranks. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. More later.
Thanks,
Tim

Glad a date is finally locked in so we can see if it fits the team's schedule.

This is a great format for anyone who hasn't played you really should try it out

Are you implying that they were not in the past?

Thanks Mills!

All,
We are currently in debate on the Moon rules. I think we have decided to allow open communication to the moon (advancements in technology), but not allow medics on the moon (spacesuit gets ripped by projectile, laser, whatever, you die). I think the bigger question to discuss is does the addition of the moon make the game any better or is it just a distraction? I would like to hear some opinions please. Feel free to post them or send me a PM.

The moon adds an element to the game that makes strategy and planning more important I say leave it if you have the man power to ref it. On the other hand from what ive seen it doesnt get played as much, it does but not constant action.

I say leave the moon. It is a piece of the game that does require attention to my each side. Failure to do so or overlook it can result in loosing this event. I say leave it in.

Frostbite winter paint

To all players and teams , if you want the winter paint for this event you need to preorder as much as you need. We will be ordering only a limited amount extra of the winter paint ,If we run out you have to purchase our regular premium paint . We apologize but we do not want to be stuck with a ton of winter paint going into spring and summer games. So to make sure you have enough winter paint please preorder it.
Thankyou Joe
