If we (PBN) have no way to authenticate quickly and easily who would or would not be eligible for a badge, it's not going to happen. PSP/APPA badges are easy because we can tie in to the APPA registration system. I'm pretty sure the DOD doesn't want us having that kind of access to their personnel records.

tl;dr - not happening.
