i was wondering if there are any waviers or anything when you are selling a gun. (i.e. if you sell them a mask and the lense cracks and the person goes blind) is there a disclaimer or anything that can prevent you from getting sued. not that i am selling faulty equipment or anything i was just wondering

I've never seen any seller give a disclaimer, but there are some on individual products. If you want to attach some safety tips to it, it makes you look responsible. I did that when I sold some stuff on ebay.

Whenever you sell something, you need to put some type of disclaimer such as "all items are sold as is". Instead of being the sales person, you need to be a reporter. Report on how well the items have worked for you, or how something is supposed to operate. This clears you from having any type of ties to the true safety of the product.
