I haven't been able to play recently. I wasn't planning to play this weekend because of some school stuff but I was asked to ref so I said yes.

Edit: My diet might be going TOO well. I've dropped almost 20 pounds in a little more than three weeks. Hopefully it was all crap that just needed to be flushed out? I've cut out energy drinks (used to have 2 or 3 a day), coffee is a rarity now, I've been cooking my own food, and increased my workouts from 2-3 days to 4-5 days per week. You guys think I should be worried with this much weight loss?

Not playing this weekend. Weather is going to be terrible tomorrow, in the 40s and raining and my team decided to take the weekend off.

Also, I don't remember what happened last night. All I know is my arm is scratched up and I threw up in the bathroom of a diner outside of Baltimore this morning.

That seems a little extreme... but at the same time all of the steps that you are taking are good. Do you know how many calories you are eating every day?
