Internet security warnings

I tore down my laptop yesterday and removed pretty much everything in order to repair the motherboard. Everything seems to be fine, except that damn-near every website I visit wants me to confirm security certificates.
Code:
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to services.addons.mozilla.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
This problem is across all browsers and wireless connections, which is to say, that I've tried it on three browsers and three wireless networks and the problem won't go away.

I can't for the life of me figure out what setting got ****ed up. Any help?

You should have at least googled the problem before tearing your computer apart.
