just to reiterate what everyone is saying. Get a basic photo book and learn settings and how to use them in various situations. Then way down the line when you are being limited by your gear, go ahead an upgrade then. All you are doing is wasting your money on gear that will be pretty dated when you finally understand how to use it properly.
Save money from the 7d and get a flash, grip and additional lenses on top of a 70-200 lense like a 17-55 2.8 or some more L glass.....then once you master that upgrade to a 7d of FF.
