New semi-auto .50 caliber pistol from JT: US-50

New semi-auto .50 caliber pistol from JT, the US-50.

Powered by 12g CO2 cartridge
Semi-Automatic - No batteries required
Holds 22 round, 7 in the magazine and 15 in the removable mock scope
50 Caliber Paintballs
Includes 1 prefilled C02 cartridge and thirty .50 cal paintballs
Cleaning stick and barrel plug

The advertising claim is 60+ shots per 12-gram, and that's believable given the low amount of force it takes to get these little .50 cal balls up to speed.

I was using the JT ER2-S along side of the pistol for a few games that was a pretty interesting combination.

I wonder what the velocity is and if it is possible to adjust it?

Yeah, that was the first thing I was wondering, too. 50 cal at 300fps still has some pretty good zip to it.

180 fps to 200 fps. Might shoot as high as 220 fps according to some people. Lots of shots from a 12 gram.

That's a nice little pistol! I like the design of the loading system on the top.

I don't think it actually loads from the top, think that's just storage.

...Or maybe not. I'm confused because the description says "7 round magazine" and "22 round storage in mock scope" but it does look like the scope feeds straight in. No idea.

Yeah, that's what confused me as well.

That, and I just can't imagine there being room for any rounds to go inside the grip because of the CO2 cartridge having to go in there.

I am told that the player has as the option of switching between the grip fed magazine (7 rounds) and the mock-scope (15 rounds).

Hopefully they can get us pics.

yeah im thinking the switch on the side perhaps. shoot all 7 from the mag, and then use the switch to allow the top loading then simply unlock the top so the spring is able to force the paint. Very nice design to this thing for the price. Im just hoping that CO2 changer isnt plastic....

I liked the choice of a Deagle. Get some CoD fans interested, it's a cool design, and the real Desert Eagle is .50 so it could be a pretty close match.

  1. No Upping threads. If you have something to say, please do, but don't post in the thread just to take it to the top of the forum.
  2. Do not post "1st post", "1st", "First post" or anything similar (or with any other number) at any point in a thread, even if you post a comment too. It is really annoying and it will result in a ban.
