Good to know, yay or nay on that camera body though, and can you please recommend a good close up lense, and a good like longer distance, or actually like an all around lense ? That body seems like a great deal, or am i sorely mistaken ?

I don't think film lenses fit on a digital camera...wait for someone elses opinion on that one.

its not so much a scam.. its just they will say its out of stock and recommend something higher priced.. or they'll try to sell you tons of other junk to raise your sales price. lenses arent universal. if youwant a rebel you'll need an EF or EF-S mount lens. if the ones you have are old film lenses.. they wont fit.

You can argue with the people telling you that the place is a scam, or you can prove them wrong by ordering from Express due to the obvious, overwhelmingly positive reviews that you've found.

Canon EF lenses work with modern bodies, FD lenses do not. Crises, it's not a matter of film vs digital, canon has had EOS film cameras out since 1990 os so when they switched to the new system.
rednax, tell me what the film camera is and I'll tell you if your lenses will work on a modern body.

Good to know.
I really havn't looked or done research on the cameras and lenses. I'm still learning how and what to shoot . That's why when I answer a question I usually tell people to wait for one of you guys to either back me up, or prove me to be full of ****.

You're not going to get anything you order from them. Ever unless you buy "their" $300 battery and $200 charger and so on.
