I hope the USPL is not selling grandstand Tickets You should get a Free Pass for being willng to attend this Event and smell Cow Dung for 3 days
While your paint is Melting in your Hopper. Your car is !50 degrees inside, The Hotel you are syaying at is a Tweaker House, There's no Veach or shopping so the GF is Going to be akk Bored & Up in my Grill. Whoever green lighted this Vrnue chould have their head examined. I thought USPL was about bringing PB to the mainstream the only thing at SC is COws & Dust.............................................. .................................................. ...............................................
USPL you dropped the ball 2nd event

Just posted this but Ontario, California is 20 minutes away
Santa Ana (SNA) is 37 minutes
Los Angeles (LAX) is 1 hour
San Diego (SAN) is about an hour or less depending on traffic
Thank you!

Im pretty upset they dropped an east coast event (boston) and went right back to a west coast event. Then they have the DC event less than 1 month after the west coast event #2, which makes it almost impossible to play both....it's a shame.

Bummer it will not be in Nor Cal, was looking forward to a pro event in Nor Cal...
SC Villiage though is a bummer for a pro event...Oh well, it will be ok for the players but for the fans that come out it will suck...

I have high hopes for this league, but I still do not understand some of the choices. SC Village? Going back to DC, a location that couldn't produce this year, and move it to only a MONTH after event 2?
I hope you get a lot of teams - but I'm sorry, I don't see it happening.

Didn't they lower the amount of events so teams would have enough time to rest between them, then schedule 2 and 3 thirty days apart. Solid.
Taken from the Paintball News thread
"By reducing the number of 2009 events to 4 total events, we will ensure that the level of quality and prestige remains as expected. This will also allow our teams the necessary time to recover between league events and to physically and financially prepare to compete in the USPL 7 Man Series."

Exactly. Coming from the Midwest, I understand that 7-Man is West coast based. This is why I had high hopes for the USPL, in that they were giving the Midwest a chance to play two events without flying across the country to do so then having the World cup in a central location. Now that Boston is gone and DC isn't until the end of August, I think the USPL is going back to the West coast theme, and that a shame.
