Liquidfiretibby- also furthermore my package arrived the same day that two other packages arrived from California. Normal USPS shipping, so basically the time it took for my package to arrive from 260 miles away took the same time that it took two separate packages to arrive from California. Which is about 10x farther then Pitt is from me. And why haven't you answered my pm, you come at me attacking me and insulting my level of intelligence and you can't back yourself up? You've been found lying, and you still try to belittle me to try to cover yourself. I understand your loyalty to punishers, and I respect that. But how you represent your sponsor is astonishing. And the tone of your messages insinuate that you are lying, and furthermore after facts come out you simply disappear.


And furthermore this was a review of punishers that would have been left at that if you did not step in with your attitude, negative comments, and belittling nature. If I was to do that towards a customer at my job i would be fired on the spot, if I did that to a customer of one of my sponsors I would be dropped. There is a much better way to go about what you did, and you probably don't realize the ramifications you could have for a shop you represent.

It's brand new. It's curving all over the place broke 3 balls out of a case. I know ur gun has to break in but no gun ever did that. I'm not saying I'm going to Im just wondering.

its not the gun. we all know paint doesnt always fly straight all the time. and 3 breaks out of 2000 rounds is great for any gun, especially one thats not broken in yet.

What barrel are you using? bore matched? It's spring time, there's lots of paint still sitting on shelves from last fall.

Awesome place to buy. Rich is a good guy. I told him I had a game the following morning and he opened a little early for me so I could buy a gun and get to my game in time.

On a side note, the new field and shop looks really good, and its not setup all the way. Great new field, I highly suggest checking them out.

If you got the paint at walmart than ya Marballizer can be bad, if not stored in proper conditions paint can go bad as well. Also you need to make sure the paint is not bigger than your barrel if it is you can A) get paint that is a better fit B) get a barrel with a bore sizing kit.

Paintball guns having a quality testing phase before they leave the manufacture, while on this topic what paintball gun did you buy? I didn't see you post that earlier.

Anyone else notice that you get hit with a $2 "handling charge" AFTER you place your order? Show me one place on their website, checkout section or not, that warns you of an extra $2 charge. I agreed to pay one price, I click submit order, and I get a "Thank You for your order. You've been charged $2 extra without your consent." I emailed them about this immediately and never received a response. Kinda pisses me off and I'd rather pay more for my item from someplace else strictly on principle.

And as for the speed of shipping out, I ordered on a Sunday and it was marked shipped on Wednesday. So yes. Allow some extra lead time when you order here.

....which I will not be doing any more. Your sneaky $2 handling charge and lack of response to my email cost you a customer. Hope it was worth it.

No need to get all anal about it. You should be happy they have the products you needed and were able to place an order unlike 99% of other stores that don't have the great inventory Punishers has. If your worried about $2 handling charge go order things from other online places, not only paintball, and i'm sure you'll see that places charge for handling as well. Also if you need help with an order you should not only email, but pick up a phone and talk to someone directly. Much faster response time, and only takes a minute if you have your order # ready. Someone has to go round up all your products, double check them, handle store and online inventory, and ship your product out to you. They have a high customer base and i'm sure have a ton of orders, and even more so with the new store location and inventory movement. Don't get bent out of shape over it.
