I would say yes, i have shoot one2one rounds who are almost the same shape with SAR12 and a friend with TGR and it was working. Better than FS actualy in the idea that no breaks with them.

If By "Better than FS actually in the idea that no breaks with them." you meant that on the off chance that the 121 round happened to travel as far as an FSR is able to in as flat a trajectory and you actually managed to hit what you were aiming at with that underweight and squirrelly round it then did not break then I would believe you.

Without actual manufacturer/designer input this looks like (and I base this on the picture and the name) another attempt to use all that .50 ammo lying around and insert it into a .68 finned shell. Unless they have increased the weight of the round to be closer to the FSR ( or are going to be producing "overweight" .50 just for this particular use) it will under perform just like the 121 in comparison.

That is exactly that.
In range that 3round are to my opinion like that.
Normal paint : 30m / 121round : 50m / FS round : 75m
I talk about a 100% hit on a human size target.

But the 121 don't break in your marker when FS do it often and break on target when you can often find FS back after hit your target. So less range for sure but better dispersion and acceptance of people on field and reliability on field. Break a FS in your marker and this one is out.
It seems that they will make 2 different rounds so maybe 2different weight.

Yes they are compatible with markers that accept current shaped projectiles.

Probably. Maxtact and honorcore have parted ways so I would assume the funding for this project did so as well.
