The captain's meeting is at 9:30 and the first game at 10:00. Times can slide a little if waiting for teams, but we would like to start around then.
There is an adjustment for the Top Gun prizes from the earlier post. If we have 8 to 11 players we will have the VS2 for 1st place and 12 or more players will have the Redz Ion for 1st place.
Trophies will also be given for 1st through 3rd places (as well as prizes) for both the 3-man and Top Gun events.

Surgical Strike are you guy reffing?

Anyone know the paint that will be used? Will polar ice be an option.

Surgical Strike will be reffing, at least some of them.
The paint will be DXS Bronze, the truck showed up today with it. If anyone has seen, Procaps is having some special deals with their paint. The boxes have scratch tickets for prizes and points on the boxes. We have some of the infomation at the field, but check out their site for more info.

This tournament should be a blast. The one vs one should be sooo much fun! I hope that bronze paint is good in cold weather.

It's actually pretty good for cold weather. We used it for our St. Paddy's day tourney and didn't have any complaints.
And yes, hopefully we get enough guys for the Top Gun, the last couple we did were amazing to watch.
Too bad Andy can't play this one!

it sounds like we have 1 team at least coming maybe two. I'll be coming for sure for top gun only and watching unless the 3rd team plays. If your short on refs I'm for hire always so lmk if you need a qualified ref.

it is a bummer that i can't defend my title, maybe craig could make an exception??? haha, the top gun is so much fun!!!! if you've never played, your in for something new fun, and you can't blame your teammates if you lose.

Hey Brian,
Thanks for the offer to help ref, but I believe we have it covered with the team.
Remember to call Craig, the only reservation is through him. I talked to him earlier and he hadn't heard from anyone from Battlefield(or at least no one said anything about battlefield).
Everyone else that is interested, if you haven'talready called First Strike, you need to do so to reserve your spot. Posting here and saying you're coming will not hold your spot.

We have some of the teams that have contacted me and some I still haven't heard anything from. If you want to play in this event, call the numbers on our website and let us know the team name, team captain and a contact number. If I get a solid number of teams that will be playing, I can get the schedule set up.
Let me know if you have anyone that is playing in the Top Gun so we can set the brackets up for that also. The Top Gun will be a double elimination event and the 3-man will be a round robin. The number of teams in will decide how many rounds are played.

If you're coming from Menomonie, You will want to take Hwy 29 toward Chippewa. Take the exit for Business 29, it may also be listed as 90th st,(there should be an ad for Loopy's on the food,gas,lodging sign). At stop sign at top of ramp, take a left, and go about 3-4 miles. It will be on the right side, the sign is a little small, and it's next to a sign for O'Neil Creek Campground(which is no where near us). If you get to Loopy's, you've went too far.
