Just Vinpocetine. I'm not noticing much and I take 2x30mg doses a day.

Take Vinpo 30mg 2x/day as well. I tried 10 mg but I find 30 to be better, as I definitely feel a focus or that "vivid" feel with the higher dose. Dreams are totally more vivid/easier to remember which is a cool added effect.

A while now. I don't take it every day but only on the days I feel I need increased focus. I can't really feel it doing much though

Ive had good experiences with XT, Im sure this is quite subjective though

Seems like you're expecting to much, dont think of it as NZT, think of it as something that may help clear up fogginess and possibly aid you in the focus department.

Vinpo is a godsend for me. HUGE difference in my entire life. But Im under a great deal of stress, difficult courseload (law to foreign language to math courses) and low sleep consistantly. Took a week off and was barely functional.

Taking 20mg in the morning and 20mg around 5 to grind out the rest of the day.

After reading through this thread and reading a handful of links discussing the various nootropics I'm fairly interested in what effects this may have on me, if any. So far it seems that most of you feel less groggy and more awake after first waking up. I'm curious to about this "vivid" and creative, as well as the positive social effects such as speech and mental fluency that apparently vinpo, and some others are giving some of you. If you could try and describe it more that would be appreciated.

So far it seems like vinpo, the racetams, and acetacholine work and show results relatively fast. Aside from the beginners recommendation at the front of thread do you think that acetacholine, piracetam, and aniracetam would show any decent results for someone who has never taken anything like this before? No ADHD, good student to begin with and in good shape?

Good cause I ****ing love me some caffeine. I stay the hell away from day-to-day caffeine because I want to keep my tolerance low for when I actually do use it (i.e. very busy days or meets), in which I load up on that ****.
