All due respect, it seems like you guys need a "one break per player" rule.
At my local field that is actually a rule.
1. No more than ONE break per player if playing against beginners
2. No more than TWO breaks per player if playing against intermediate or experienced
3. Any more than two breaks per player will result in the player (who shot the other player 2+ times) being asked to pack their bags and leave the field.
What I love about my field? "The referee's are judge, jury, and executioner, do not argue with them"
Ever since they've implemented the no more than 1 (or 2 if intermediate/experienced) rule we haven't had any issues.
Trust me, I've seen the same thing you're talking about. Newer (and older) players shooting streams at newer players. The newer players get hit 4 or 5 times, and magically you don't see them ever again.
Just ask your manager if you can throw in a rule like the one mentioned above. I know it seems like you're changing the rules for one player, but in reality you will be benefitting everyone as well.

Yea can't help if he accidentally shoots the kid more than once. Not going to kick him out for that.

Try to make him feel guilty about playing the walk-ons. Make him feel like he is ruining the sport or just ruining someones day.

Every-time you have experienced players there ask them to take turns playing rec ball with the beginners. I doubt any would mind to prevent this kid from ruining other peoples day. Just tell him look if you're hopping on with these new people we need to make teams fair by having an even number of experienced players on the field. If he has to sit out so be it but it won't be your fault, you're just following rules by allowing players to play in their chosen group. Eventually he will get the hint or choose to not play anymore.

Get a better player to players ball against him and headhunt him off of the field. Works like a charm. I had a guy like this take an afternoon break after loaning him out 3 times with a pump. Dummy would run straight at me.

Nope lol. He's busy because he started wrestling this year apparently. We're reopening our speedball field this coming weekend though, but bet he won't step foot on it, even though he claims to be all about the speedball life, yet has never stepped foot on a regulation speedball field lol

Depending on the attitude of the rental groups, perhaps you could start pulling a few individuals aside and explain what the situation is with said kid. If your boss gets enough "complaints" about him, then he may decide to deal with the issue more directly.
Obviously, some wouldn't be that interested in your fields problems, but I'd bet a good handful would be more than willing to help out....and complain.

He honestly looks like he is 12, I'm not sure if he is even 5 feet tall, and is tiny overall, so Idk how he wrestles lol

Problem is, the rental groups don't know any better, so they don't think to complain. The regulars notice it though, without me even saying a word to them about the kid or how I feel about him, they are on the same page as me, realizing he is a rental bully lol. I hope more people start to complain about him, or for the kid to get his stuff together, and stop doing this.

My vote is : Tell him whats up straight to his face. If he cant handle it then he doesnt need to be playin on your field. Cant risk losing a bunch of potential paintball players because of one kid. Cut your losses. Just my .02

To add to BJYourk's post.
Take a rental player on his team aside and tell him to shoot the kid out on the break. Then call him out as soon as he gets hit. The end.
"But my own team shot me out!"
"A hit is a hit, get out!"
Repeat with a different rental each time so he can't take revenge. It's a stupid idea, but it would be funny to do this once or twice. If you are able to do this covertly enough, you could feed him disinformation saying, "Well that's what happens when you play rentals. If you want to avoid getting shot out by newbies, play more experienced players."
Another idea.
Take all the rental players on the other team aside and tell them to focus all of their fire on the kid. Tell them that as soon as they take this kid out, it will be cake.
