Ok Stout, I know it wasn't mandatory by my doctor to do physical therapy!! But I'm very glad I decided too... I swear, there are more beautiful women in their 20's in the office at the place I go to than at my school

They couldn't stop saying how great my knee looks and good of shape it's in...

. The stuff I have to do is simple.. I learned how you should try to run and so you don't tear your meniscus.. haha
