4 on one break practices....play as if all people are shooting towards the one guy...it will improve break moves

hmm i guess practicing breakouts with paint is a good drill if you have some friends/team with you

have one guy running towards the x and one guy on the opposite side of the x running towards a back corner bunker...have them both try to shoot each other out...no stopping...as soon as they reach their bunker the next 2 people go and keep this drill going as long as you can...





also we play "snapps" at my field all the time...you can only play 3 bunkers. for example lets say a standup can, a small box and a small temple. now this is 1v1...either side of the field is set up the same way. now you can only take one shot at a time..once you take the shot you have to snap back into you bunker then out again to shoot another shot..you can post all you like..just as long as you snap back in after each shot..and dont play 1 shot your out...we play like 3 hits and your gone..you really get to build up for endurance and snapping skills...and rember its only 3 bunkers at a time and 1 ball at a time...





last one:
start where you break out and run to a bunker...pop up and shoot your mirror. now have a person keying at the bunker your going to..next person goes...this will help with putting in you mirror bunker once u get there and having a fast break out...

if the netting is held up by PVC Poles (about 5-6ft. Apart), run at a slow pace, shooting each one at a 45degree angle (but dont move your gun/arm).

Just make the pace faster, and once you can shoot em all running/sprinting, move on.
Next part is shoot it at 45 and 90 degrees.

Next drill is burning lanes/breakout. Have a field setup, and have 2 people on each end.

Have the two people on one end burn the back corner bunkers, and have the other two people run to them.
This will teach your backmen to burn right, and you guys running will have an easier time getting to bunkers.

If you run with a team.. Arrange to run drills against another team we have like 14 so its not a problem for us ...

Its called 30 second drills
You start like a regular game.. BUT you only have 30 seconds to finish the game.. The more you do it the more aggresive you and your team will become.. THis builds up confidance in moving and bunking and so forth, This is one of the best Drills Ive done ..

next is one that Rock It Kids do
Set up some old Hopper shells on a pole at the opposing 30 yard line(3rd row of bunkers) about 3 1/2 feet off the ground.. Start as a Break out running to your bunkers run and shoot till you get to your bunker.. the more you do this the more accurate you will become while doing this in a actual game situation.. It is a very valuable skill to have and will help you in every game you play if you can master it ...
