You won't need to retake it. What Thomas is talking about is an extremely rare case. as long as all your scores are above 110, you're g2g. Which at 77, you will probably be above 115.

I'll still inquire all the same. I wish I scored a few points higher at least which would have put me at my practice test score but it is what it is at the moment.
I did better then the girl that scored a fifteen on the practice... or the guy that got a three then upped his score later with a whopping seven on the practice. I really don't think a lot of 'gems' come through that recruiters to be totally honest.

Definitely had that crushing moment of reality in the recruiters office when I was trying to pick a job today. Need to hash it out tomorrow, I hemmed and hawed and the job got sniped.
Still, starting to have those 'what am I doing' moments.

The FY started in OCT, so now is your best bet to find the job you want. The longer you wait, the less chance you'll have.

Yeah, I missed out on it. Picked out 14E instead. Part of me wants to bomb medical because they want me to ship out January 14th and the reality of it is like running face first into a brick wall when you think you may actually have a few months.

Patriot missle crew? That's an easy job of I ever saw one. Maybe I should have done that instead of what I did.

Wait, did you actually sign up for 14E, or is that what you just told your recruiter what you wanted?
When I went to MEPS, there were only two MOS's available that day (NG, it mainly had to to with the fact I was shipping about nine months after enlisting). I had no clue that I could, ya know, just wait for another day to pick my MOS. I like being a commo guy, but I had known I could do literally anything else if I just waited, I would have.

I didn't sign a contract yet, no. So at best it's on a 'temporary reservation', according to the paperwork I have, for a week.
I'm actually rethinking this whole thing as the January ship date didn't lead to the best of nights sleeps for me and I'm wondering if I should take the DLAB just to get it under my belt before I do anything. I might as well do my thinking now before it's too late as far as making sure I have everything laid out. I didn't realize the times were that quick to ship so I think I really need to get some more ducks in a row so to speak before I do medical and start oathing in. Medical isn't a problem anyway, I'm in very good shape so it's not like I'm going to be putting on thirty extra pounds.

When you're at MEPS, don't think you're limited to one branch. I've watched several people go to one, say **** this and carry their paperwork over to the Air Force.
