Screeching is the easy part. Check the belts and/or the power steering pump. As for the rest of the car, I would personally find a ramp and jump it for good measure.

Cars ****ed if oil is coming out the head. We have two bulldozers and a few front end loaders. Fever if you bring your car up to Illinois I'll let you run it over with a bulldozer and drop it off a hill.

what car? Because, and this is hypothetical, I know you don't want to fix the car, I can rebuild my engine (chevy 3.1 v6,pistons, wrist pins, rods, etc) for around 250. I could probably find a head for like 70 for both heads, but that's doing the work myself.
Also, get a video of you shooting it. And leave some gas in the tank.
