same, though what that really means is "visible abs". I dgaf what actual BF I am.
I also don't really want it because I'm going to be ridiculously tiny then. However, I feel I need to sacrifice and cut down that far so that I can start efficiently cycling my weight. As of now I've been going from less fat to more fat, which is an inefficient way to gain strength. It's probably why I've stall out so quickly on new programs.
So I'm going to get down to a low bf level, and slowly bulk up, hopefully gaining more strength/putting on more muscle per # gained than I have been. That's the way it should work anyways. It's pretty clear to me that I won't be at that level before my August trip to Amsterdam, but I should be down in the mid teens at least. When I get back I figure maybe end of September to finish off the last 5-10#.
