Yeah, to what seems like a pretty high value. I'm at 1.425 and 4.8 crashed, but 4.7 was stable.
I'll try going up a step, but at least I know this works. 4.7 is still a pretty nice bump

So I got my 660 today, well my widowed elderly neighbor got it since I wasn't home, but I go inside and instantly get a call from her (never given her my number) saying she took it off my porch so it wouldn't get stolen. I thank her and walk over to get it. She gives it to me and my eyes light up, I can't wait to tear into it, but she starts making small talk and since she is all alone I decide to talk for a little. Then she says "well since your here" (Every time I hear since your here I know to run like hell something bads about to happen) and tells me she paid someone to put her xmas lights up and some are burnt out and askes me to fix it. So I'm like w/e sure shouldn't take long.
I go to her garage and she has no latter, but she tells me her shed butts up to the house and I can climb that. We go out back and this thing is beat to hell. Sketchy is the only word to describe this things stability, so i climb up and start looking for dead lights, I find a section of the cable and it looks like its been chewed through. I had some electrical tape on me and fix it and the lights come on, yay im finally done, so I start climbing down and my phone slips out of my pocket and slow mo falls 2 stories into a birdfeeder.
I get down and she thanks me and tells me she has another pager to replace mine, I chuckle and say no thanks since I have an upgrade this month anyway. Then she askes me to weed eat her back yard and gets angry when I decline. So now I'm home opening the box and I realize it's been opened and retaped because some cardboard had already been pulled up, so I'm like you ***** I could have you arrested, but I'm too excited wanting to hooking it up to care so I install it, start installing drivers and my power goes out the transformer down the street blew.
Fml I just wanna play games.
(posting from my old phone if you're wondering)
So how's your day going?

That same **** happened to me. I ended up helping rebuild this lady's house after a tornado, then again after the hurricane.

I'm at a 1.2 GHz OC, bumped voltage from 1.35 to 1.475, I've had prime95 running since 4-ish PM and my highest temp is 42* If that's not a testament to how awesome the h60 is, I dunno what is.

GTX 670 is starting to act up, I bought it to play Borderlands 2 and it's been solid for ~ 2 months. While playing Borderlands today, the game crashes every 15-20 minutes and goes into a black screen. I am able to get back into Windows after the crashes and everything works fine when I'm not playing video games.
I've tried: Updating the drivers, older drivers, reinstalling the game, and playing with the video settings. What I have noticed is that when I downgraded the video settings the crashes are further apart. I ran GPU Temp to make sure the card isn't overheating and the temperatures are only getting to ~ 65 celsius, which shouldn't be a problem at all.
I changed none of the settings prior to the crashing, everything ran great last night and then the crashes started this morning. No updates, no setting changes, didn't do anything to the game.
Ideas?
Edit: After looking around on Gearbox's forums, it looks like a lot of PC people with 600 series cards are having similar problems. Apparently Gearbox is a very lazy company and avoids the problem.

Very nice
These TV tuners seem to be really good ways to replace a set top box. It records HD as well, so I'll need another big HDD at some point. I imagine it will fill up 2.5tb pretty quickly.

What are you running in your monster, 64gb or something astronomical?
I'm not gonna lie, I really want to upgrade my ram. I have no need for it at all, but I want! I really wish I could snag 4 sticks of that corsair dominator platinum ram. That stuff is snazzy.

I picked up the gskill sniper 1866 on black friday for $30 or so. My other 2 are corsair vengeance 1866.
The real reason I bought the ram, which I have no use for considering I don't do much video editing/3d rendering anymore, was to eventually throw into my HTPC. Just going to slowly buy more parts for my regular desktop, and eventually build a nice HTPC. The one I have now works, but it's getting pretty old.

I'm running 16gb of corsair vengeance as well (2x8gb). I got it as a gift and I like it a lot.

That's crazy. What brand/model?
Corsair vengeance is the "best" I've used, but I haven't used much.

I've been very happy with mine. Inexpensive, reliable, decent timings.

Yeah, it's good for the price. It won't produce crazy bench scores, but it does everything I need.

Not much of a reason to have that much in my i7 system. The server system runs hyper-v (6 or 8 VMs at this point, but none are working very hard) and SQL, and the 2012 version inhales like 30GB by itself for some reason. I uninstalled it because I need to run SQL 2008 R2 and not 2012, so I wasn't able to investigate that.

The i7 side uses 1600mhz Dominators and the server side uses naked Kingston 1333 ECC sticks.

There's always going to be something better. As long as my **** doesn't hang up/lag, I'm good.

I don't know about sexy, but the internet seems to be in love with this RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820147096
Slow stock, but apparently its massively underclocked and can be bumped up higher than a lot of more "premium" RAM. Goes on sale for DIRT cheap every now and then. Might be worth a look for anyone in search of RAM.

But it doesn't have heat spreaders that match all of my LEDs.
