I did back and bis today. Any suggestions for upper back that will really do the trick. I've been doing rows and pull downs but mostly I just feel it in my arms/shoulders. Am I doing them wrong?

if bw routines interest you, stick around and talk to Mr.Familiar - nobody else seems to grasp the importance of push ups quite like him.

Dude that's going well. I do 20 pushups and 5 pull-ups followed by a protein shake every 2 hours. Do u think no explode would help me get more reps in?

Focus on pinching your elbows behind you during the movement.

6/21- Upper ME, intensification block, week two

Wide grip bench- 275x1, 290x0
Press- 160x5x1, 1x6
Weighted dips- +50x5
Face pulls 5x15
Rows 3x10

Notes: Went for a bunch of quick singles on press, <15 seconds, then did a rep out set with the same weight. Worked up on the weighted dips, started at +10, added weight until I got to 50.

EDIT: Also did some biking afterwards, and then ended up playing some beach volleyball with a bunch of guys I went to high school with.

What is this?

I'm slowly working my way up to doing 50 pullups in 5x10. I'll be at 48 in 8x6 by the end of the month. Then I'll do 7x7, following week 6-7x8, then 5-6x9, then 5x10.

I started out 3 weeks ago doing 6x5.

You basically just do 50 pullups each time, doing as many failure sets as you need to reach the 50. With the goal of doing it in less sets.
