I made some pork ribs the other day, they were damn delicious but I'm sure there are a million recipes out there that would beat it. First I boiled the ribs for about 20 minutes or something then I made a dry rub, **** I can't even remember what I put in it, basically just take your favorite spices and seasonings and mix up something that has a lot of depth of flavor and salty and hot enough for your liking. Garlic powder is great, there was also some cayenne and paprika in there and a bunch of other ****, I just winged it but it was awesome, patted down the ribs with the dry rub then popped them on the grill for a bit until they were nice and charred then just threw on some bbq sauce, I was lazy so I just used bullseye but if you want to get wild you can make your own!
