So it's been confirmed that they are making a next gen port of the ME trilogy. Which means I'll be buying these games for like the third or fourth time.

I hope they make it a direct play through instead of breaking it up into separate games.

They're remaking it. I'd imagine it'll be a gigantic $100+ deal with all the DLC and ****. I don't care though, I'm stoked.

They have used the word "remake" but I just can't imagine it will be anything other than a port. Why would you spend the kind of money it would take to completely redo assets when simply upres-ing everthing and slapping a $50-$60 price tag would be a quick money maker? At best, we might get some improved effects and higher res textures.

It's going to be a port with improved graphics. Bioware's budget has to get approved by EA. Don't hope for more than that.

Wouldn't mind seeing a revamp of the ME1. Keep the tone but improve the graphics.

God everything except the end of ME3 is so freaking incredibly well done. How Bioware... how could you botch the ending when everything else was so good?

I finished Horizon last night and now I only have the Omega, Leviathan, and Citadel DLCs before the final mission.
What's sad is, I'm probably going to use the "work around" for the ending. Gonna do Omega and Leviathan, then save before launching the final mission. Then I am going to play the final mission, and right after the Shepard/Anderson scene, I am going to Alt+F4, restart ME3 and load my save, and then play the Citadel DLC. Completely skip the official ending lol
The last thing I will see on this ME3 playthrough is Shepard and the crew hanging out.
