Hello Salt Lake Valley. So its time to start thinking about training during the off season of paintball. I have good friend that is a personal trainer at 24hr Fitness in Sugarhouse. When you sign up for the next 7 days as low as $24.99 a month (no contract I might add) you can get 3 personal training sessions for $59 that's half off. Just an fyi I'm not getting anything from this its just my plan for the off season and a great deal if you are in the Salt Lake area. It's more of if the 19 year old dude working the counter actually gives a **** or not. The YMCA I used to go to had all kinds of rules, but the weights were all downstairs and no one EVER went down there.

Doing it to stay active, but just because I 'm ranked d4 doesn't mean i don't play at a higher level

I have posted it in the regional forum but this is the fitness section and I think it fits in here as well if not report it...what haven't I visited?
