Talking .50 is nifty

non, il est un juste milieu entre la portabilité et l'absence de douleur d'un airsoft ronde et un la plage d'un paintball calibre.68.

nah. there's a happy medium between the portability and painlessness of an airsoft round and the range of a .68 caliber paintball.

J'attends avec impatience le commutateur.

i'm looking forward to the switch.

People always fear change. Thats just our nature of things. If those that see the benefits stay focused and keep supporting what they know is a better idea, it'll eventually become main stream.
It sucks having dished out 1000's of dollars on your current gear but as the game moves forward and changes are made, you adjust your gear accordingly.
50 cal. might be pretty awesome. I could see them being more accurate and imagine using smaller hoppers while still holding more rounds! There are a lot of positives going on here. Some good potential. I hope the forward thinkers support this cause its the guys with money that'll be able to buy into these new trends and share their experiences. Im poor so I have to wait until its mainstream before making the jump. I hope it happens sooner rather then later and I'll buy a 50 cal Ion that everybody can hate on. lmao.
Friday and its fkn gorgeous out...lets go play!!!

I can't wait to try a .50!! To me the air consumption alone is worth a shot.

I'll stay with 68 cal, no need to spend more just to switch when the market isnt all there for the 50 cal.

.50 isn't all that great. I shoot a .43 RAP4 pistol and M4 once in a while. It's great and easily out performs when you're up close and personal in CQB, but you do lose a lot when you're lobbing down range.

i dont know... 0.50 cal wasn't popular back in the day and not much has changed since then... only real difference now is it's just another way of getting people to spend money.

btw.. have you seen 0.50cal twist off with a little wind blowing... no bueno...

isn't it the only reason why they wanna change it is to encourage more people to play? it hurt less and its cheaper but when i checked the price of the paint nothing change. i can get cheaper .68 cal. than .50 so what's the point of spending $ 189.00 for the conversion kit.Untill i see $25 per 2000 balls ill stick to .68

But what's the benefit? I haven't seen any one list anything other than you can hold more in your hopper and it uses less air.

I don't understand why slightly lowering your air consumption would be a big enough benefit to switch, Every where I play you pay for all day air, or we drag the scuba tanks into the woods and fill there. So air is more or less free for as much as you want to use.

I can understand the appeal of holding more paint in the same sized hopper, but if an extra hundred rounds in your hopper is going o make that big a difference, you probably just aren't very good.

I'm not personally afraid of change, and I'll grow with the sport if the sport decides to grow that way. But from a simple cost/benefit stand point, no one has shown me any good reasons to switch.

Action village had two cases for 50$ last I checked. And that was for .68.

Not that I'd by paint from them anymore since if they break it in shipping they like to say, "oh well sucks to be you".
