Brand new slg, just got it in a trade a few days ago. Ran some air through it and it worked fine. When I replaced the battery (brand new energizer battery, same ones that I've used in ALL of my paintball gear) today before I played, the board sparked and a little wisp of smoke came up from where everything plugs in. I'm in psp ramp. I take it out to shoot and it shoots fine (on every trigger pull) for the first couple of shots, then it starts to only fire on every other trigger pull (although I can hear the motor clicking (like solenoid clicks)). Anyone had this problem before? I'm shipping my gun off to my proshop and then onto dye tomorrow, but I was just wondering if anyone had had this happen to theirs?

Awesome. I imagine I will need to send the entire gun in as well correct? I just would rather save on some shipping..

Call Dye for an RA number and they should just ask your to send your board in.

Sounds like it's just force firing the eyes and that it is your sear tripping...
