So Pilot is missing the "Synergy" internals, which means it'll pretty much kick like a VS1...

I believe this is the first Pilot to ever have a standard threaded VA...

looks like the pilot is going to be the lower end of this new series of markers. the frame is "ploymer" (read plastic) and no on/off or reg. but at least is still has the standard threaded VA

We know a MSRP yet?

I'm not feeling the frame or eye covers, looks like a whole lot of cheap black plastic to me. This seems like a step backwards from the RS.

yeah, no reg = 850psi, which would be pretty primitive compared to everything else Kingman has been releasing recently...

and polymer frame = suck. eye covers are aluminum though...

any words on the price on this and the electra dre?

I can't imagine this one would be too much more that $150...the electra, I'm thinking more 200-250 knowing kingman

With the way the valves are, I would choose the VS2 over a Pilot. I won't buy it if it costs more than a VS2 at all...

They should have made this with the LP internals but a more basic board, even a bouncebeam eye, and get the price down to $150.

If it's cheap it will still sell, but 850psi is terrible.

I wonder if morte will buy this and have it mailed to him via a fail train again.

Nice that it includes semi, psp ramp, and millenium ramp.

Also, it has a 3-way adjustable magnetic trigger.

Naw, this time he'll pay extra to ship it by air and the plane will get shot down by martians.

Or maybe via boat into the Bermuda Triangle? It remains to be seen.

This is not meant to replace or compete with the RS Series. It does have the capability to accept standard Regulators without the use of adaptors, the feedneck is Ion threaded for those that want a clamping feedneck, the composite grip is very similar to the material used in Glock handguns so it is very strong and the marker is about 25-30% lighter than the VS and RS Series. The Electra will come stock with an aluminium Grip Frame, Synergy Technology and a clamping feedneck. These are incredibly small and very comfortable to shoot.

P.S. - For those that have always complained about the 9.6V batteries, these will run off a standard 9V.

thanks for compiling the most important points

There were stories of Sonix Pro frames breaking though. I doubt the plastic would be a selling point anymore even if they are good plastic.

I can't help but think it will eventually compete with the rest of Kingman's lineup though. The RSX is only $300 and RS $200. VS2 is sold for around $150 now and the VS1 a little less. There's the old Pilot around $100. There's not much room for price variety there, and I sure hope these guns don't cost $300+. Maybe some lines are being discontinued?
