Recball League (Spring 2010)

Just noticed I forgot to post this up.

We did this a couple years back and all the teams seemed to have a great time. There is No Team Entry Fee and No Team Air Fee at the events. Each 2man teams players just pays the regular field fee at Crowley Ridge Paintball. The winners of the league will recieve FREE ENTRY into the MWPL XBALL League being held this summer starting in June. There will also be gear prizes from our sponsors and trophies 1st-3rd.

Event #1- Feb 28th

Event #2- March 28th

Event #3- April 18th

Event #4- May 16th

Rules

1. Maximum of 3 players per roster.
2. Team will receive 50 points for flag hang.
3. Team will receive 30 points for flag pull.
4. Team will receive 10 points per elimination
5. Playing on= 1 for 1
6. Whipping a hit= 1 for 1
7. Cursing on the field= 1 for 1
8. Game time will be 3 minutes
9. Teams will play 4 pre-lim games (Top 4 teams move into finals where #1-4 play and #2-3 play best of 3 for points "first team to score 151pts")
10. Event Paint Only (Players caught shooting non event paint will be pulled
11. Semi and ramping allowed with a 12bps cap
12. Any aggressive contact with another player will result in a 1 for 1.
13. Chronograph 285fps

Just so everybody knows the first event was moved until this sunday March 7, 2010 due to the car wreck last saturday.

Perfect weather yesterday for paintball. We had a bunch of great games. Funniest part was the fact that there were 5 tie breaking games in the finals before a winner could be decided. The camera battery died during the first game and I didnt have the charger so there are just a few photos. Special Thanks to the guys from TRCC to refing.

Just a reminder to all the teams. If we average our 5 teams per event for the rest of the series. The winners are getting a free ticket to the MWPL XBall Series and the big prize. Entry covered to the PSP World Cup.

Games start at 1:00 PM
Entry: $15/ Player

Series prizes:
1st Place: Free entry into MWPL 3Man XBall League
Free entry into PSP Chicago or PSP World Cup
(With Average of 5 teams per event)

Its still on for today. If its raining at noon this will be played down at the Air Field. I am not going to use the blower to airup the airball field if its raining.

Ok let me know if your team is coming. Right now this is who I know of that is planning to attend. Register by May 9th or the price does to $30 per person. It still includes 500rds of paint.
