APPBF REF/MARSHAL CERTIFICATION COURSE

Promoters,Paintball Centers, Regional Refereeing/Marshalling Bodies & Paintballers,

We are pleased to announce that during the WCA 2009,there will be a basic and intermediate refereeing /marshalling course.It will be a full day course with theory and practical modules.

Esteemed Trainer: Mr Ulrich Starr - Euro Ref Manager,Mr Junaidi Kalil - Head of Rules and Regulations(PALS),Mr Richard Husband - Euro Ref Ultimate

Venue: Tournament Village of the WCA 2009 - Xtion Paintball Park,Bukit Jalil
Time: 9.00am till 5pm
Registration Fees:RM 250/USD 72
Participants:Limited to approx.60 only.

Participants will receive upon completion of course:

1) A Certificate of Completion from the APPBF & the Ministry of Youth and Sports-Malaysia
2) An Asia Ref Ref/Marshal Jersey(C10) Designed & Produced by Dye Precision
3) An Asia Ref Cap
4) Neck Guard

*All participant will also be entitled to purchase equipments and gears neccessary for the purpose of reffing/marshalling at a hugely discounted price to equip themselves for the 2010 season.Items will include mask,gloves,knee pads,elbow pads,body protectors,pants etc.ONLY ONE SET PER PARTICIPANT!

Upon completion of the course,the participants will be known as the Asia Refs with different levels of qualification depending on which level you have started from when attending the course and based on the observations of the trainers.

The Asia Ref organisation will be based on a badge system where Asia Refs will progress in the hierachy based on badges earned from tournaments they have reffed or marshalled in.This will be elaborated on in more detail later.
