PBN=SUA syndrome

I like what PBN has done. Sure its annoying but its one extra click compared to people getting their accounts stolen and scamming people in B/S/T forums.
Great job, Kyle!

people do post websites that are fakes of pictures and install keyloggers on your computer. Mostly on websites that put these antiphishing filters in or dont allow [img] tags. and i think people should get phished, not my fault they're not smart enough to read a url

Install the plugin for pbnation so that any look-a-likes would be flagged and warn users of it possibly being a phishing site. They already made a search button for mozilla.
It wouldn't have to be a new toolbar, just a plugin program that would warn of a link that might be a phishing site.
|
Not Exactly what I was talking about but this is great. Basically just skips the warning page and redirects you to the site you were going.
This should be a sticky.

notice i said 99% and around here.......... i usually click on the links for the hell of it, and instead of typing a name and password i type random curse words and insults about the individuals mother.....lol
and im running NoScript, and it has never notified me that one of them are trying to run scripts....

As previously stated. Make it disable-able. If you're smart enough to figure out how to disable the anti phishing measure, then you're smart enough not to get phised.
On the other hand, if you can't figure out how to disable it, then you're to retarded to bypass the safety measure.
Plus, it's soooo annoying, srlsy wtf.

Please back up the statement, because honestly, you have no idea how people would have reacted. Personally, I thank PbN's help to stop me from getting Phished, but really, I think I have the right to choose whether I want something like that or not. Really, it should not be the job of PbN to command me getting my personal information stolen. I appreciate the thought, but I have no need for it.

true, when you're working with any type of customer base someone will complain about something. no matter the reason or the price.
