Why won't my chest grow ><

For my chest workouts I usually do

Flat bench
Flat Db bench
Cable x-over
pec-dec
Flys
Incline DB bench
Decline bench

Only 4 of the exercises per chest day. I'm also sore in my shoulders after these exercises and constantly practice form, which I'm fine on. The day after I'll feel it in my chest but after months of doing this I'm not building any muscle in this area. Eating 180g of protein a day gets expensive for me. Anyone find that the chest muscles take a higher protein intake to build?

dude, if you cant respect the people who attempt to help on this forum you might as well get the **** out. he made threads already with helpful information in them that you need to read before posting a thread. if you read them and still cant find the answer, then feel free to post a thread. but dont disrespect the ones in here trying to help people. so you can shut the **** up

Ok, short and sweet, quick answer: work your back harder.

Trust me, your back and chest grow very well together.

the question has already been answered, you are not so important that you just make a new thread without doing any reading of the stickies and people rush in to help you save 5 minutes.

definently work on both....well work on everything. when your doing all your excersizes make sure you are squeezing your chest. my chest has been growing fast and i do bench, incline, decline, cable flys, butterflys and then jus bench with dumbells. a lot of people think that is too much, but it is working great for me, and i got it from my friend who is a body buider. I would only do that once a week.

for me i have gained 10 lbs in 2 months and gone up about 20 lbs on the bench in 2 months.
