nice! do they have the pic of the new pilot too?? looks like that pro guy was right, looks smaller and the milling is nice.

edit: nice works on a regular 9v or the 9.6 rechargable, LP, co2 or hpa, standard reg threading!!, and it is mini-ized! shorter and lighter.

shorter yes, but more surprisingly:

Standard threaded VA! Anybody read that?

It also seems to have the RS "synergy" internals.

It has everything the RS has and then some. I see no reason to buy the RS when this comes out, unless the RS is drastically cheaper.

I want. Very nice.

Though i have a feeling it's going to be expensive because Tadao had to make the damn board again. It's great that they got a good company to do their electronics, but hopefully the Pilot will be similar only without a nice board that drives the price up.

Though the modes appear pretty limited to semi and 2 ramps, so maybe it won't be a problem.

I will have to look at the price first before I will agree.

I'm selling my RS to a guy in my class for $170 tomorrow.
I can't believe this.
I feel so bad.
Thank you drefish for posting

Excuse me, I'm going to a mid-teenage crisis.

Edit-
I'm still sitting in disbelief of this thing.

Anyone else notice something?

There is no LPC on either of these Classics...

Is that going to affect performance?

True, but I can't help but think this is Kingman being itself, going 1 step back every 2 steps forward as per tradition...

I'm not angry or anything. If anything it would sound pretty cool to know that the big brass there likes my taste, although I will say my concept is cooler .

If you notice right above the reg there is a lot of volume there to hold enough to keep up with recharge.

ah, nice. Also the solid metal foregrip is cool, I bet that'll stop the people from complaining about the rubber grip pivoting.

but if they also have an LPC they will have 2x the volume

I wanna see the polished titanium ano too...

They couldn't have done much if anything... they probably just eliminated the need for them somehow.

WAIT OMG there's no front block!! I am impressed, the VA must thread right into the body now. REally reminds me of the things BL did to update the Timmy platform with the Vice and Protege.

I'm really liking the looks of this.

Looks good. Is this going to be one of the lower end or placed at the ame price point as the VS? It (and the Pilot posted) look like they will fill the lower end of te price spectrum? I think if they price it right they can open up the starter marker business a little more... would be a good busness decision since most of the newmarkers have been aimed at the High-Mid to High priced markers....

If the electra is priced under 200 then I might seriously consider getting one even though I have my tricked out pilot (or will when it is done).

Did anyone else read the 3-way adjustable magnetic trigger?

That board shouldn't up the price too much, It only has semi, psp, and mill, with eye options; there may be no way to upgrade to, say, an M7 chip.

If this is $150 to 200 I might consider selling my Alias and downgrading. It looks really promising, but I'm gonna call $225 to 250 range.
