really dont know how far i want to go. 195lbs will definitely be had. 190lbs, am unsure if i want to go for, but possible imo. 185lbs, not completely ruling it out but i doubt i will want to cut that hard to get there
i plan to start bulking again in early-mid August

Surprised your still setting PRs, usually my strength will start plummeting after around six weeks. Though I tend to cut my cals further below maintenance then most.
Anyways

Not trying to be rude, but clearly that was a comment from his own leg day.
Would y'all define your lifting for the most part as "middle of the day"?

I prefer the morning, less retards in the gym. Plus you have all day to be on dat nutrition time following the workout. Easier for me to get in the calories too.

i like to lift from 3-6pm. If i can get out of there at 6pm when the rush really starts to hit i am usually happy.
For the first month or so i was home the only other people in the weight room were mainly high schoolers. i get to see some old friends, so i have no complaints.
i did think it was funny to see some dudes i used to play football with (like at a park, 8v8 type of ****) and they were squatting right beside me. Needless to say they put on 225, did a few quarter reps, each person rested about 5 minutes each(lol), and then they threw 315 up there for one guy to try, and fail on. Then i overheard him saying his back hurt... WELL NO ****. i just chuckled on the inside and hit my last set of 170x11 with a lot better form and proper depth. i dont need to show off to anybody.

Lift at 7:00 AM, break my fast at 12. (Or technically break my fast early with a whey shake on training days at around 9:30.)

Side question noticing Af's response, how long on average would you say you guys are in the gym? Seems like with DC you need to be in for several hours to really accomplish alot? Not doing DC yet but am interested in doing a variation of it.

DC is actually pretty quick. 45 or so if you're doing it correctly.

Not always, it depended on whatever job I was at and what my schedule was. A year and a half ago when I was working in Montclair 7AM - 3PM I would need to lift in the afternoon because I got out so early (and i got up at 5:30 to get to work.) When I got a 9-5 schedule I switched to lifting at 6:30-7AM. Now my schedule is get up at 6:30 hit the gym by 6:45-7, be in at work at 9. Or if I decide to work some OT in the mornings I'll come in at 7 and lift after work at 5:15. Depends of the workload and if I can get some of that time and a half.

I agree with ari, DC is under an hour for sure.
Starting Strength - 1:15 on average
Texas Method - 2hr volume day, 45 minutes light day, 1:15-1:30 intensity day
Westside - 1:15 on average
LEMUR - 45 minutes I'd say
5/3/1 - 30-45 minutes

Hmm alright well that's not to bad then. I wanted to try lurker's DC style leangains setup. So when Lurker lists the body parts to do in that guide, I essentially just do one compound movement per part listed? i can cite specifically what I am talking about if need be, and if this was all answered in later portions of the thread i'll read through all responses rather than just the essential guide.

i make time to warm up a bit before my workouts with some light stretching, and i also hit the steam room for 5-10 minutes after workouts. i am usually in and out in an hour and a half, sometimes it gets pushed to an hour and forty-five depending on if someone starts to chat with me/if i throw in a lil bit of cardio/i want to try something new

i would definitely give LEMUR at least an hour. as stated above, i am in there for a good 1:30 on average, but i have made some slight variations to lemur too
