Scheduling conflict prevents Dynasty from attending Windy City Open.
San Diego Dynasty is unable to attend the next NPPL event at Paintball Explosion in Dundee, IL. It’s a crowded schedule this year and with two National events back to back it doesn’t allow proper preparation for both. A high functioning team like Dynasty wants to be at the top of their game and unfortunately missing the next NPPL is the only way to accomplish that.
“Dynasty loves playing paintball and it’s unfortunate we can’t figure out how to attend this next NPPL event and be still be properly prepared to compete at the level we are accustomed. We will continue to show our support for the NPPL and hopefully be invited to attend future events.” Says Dynasty Captain Alex Fraige
“Dynasty is a class act. They are true professionals. When they explained to me their reasoning for not being able to attend the next event I understood. It’s too bad the two events are so close to each other. This year there were only 9 events Professional teams could compete in here in the US. Hopefully next year we can coordinate with the other league so our events aren’t so close to each other.” Says Shawn Walker of PBPromotions.
Although unfortunate we won’t be able to see Dynasty in Chicago, the Pro division still has some of the best in the world competing. From young start up teams like Camp Pendleton Raiders and Fort Wayne Outlaws to industry stalwarts Portland Uprising and New England Avalanche the competition should be fierce.
The Windy City Open is August 9-11th at Paintball Explosion in Dundee, IL and is shaping up to be a great event. New lower entry fees for the divisional teams, a new Sat/Sun only division, hotel discounts plus a world class facility that includes an indoor arena, full bar and restaurant on site, and the new Nuke Town paintball field.
