Upgrading my EX

I am picking up a used Excalibur that has the old nelson board and the old noids tommorow. I am wondering if I should upgrade to the new EQ board and the new noids?

Definately! I love the change. Old Excal was good, new setup is better... much better.

I say keep the old noids and just get the board and eyes.

I agree. The guns with the Macs tend to be broken in and work very well with the EQ board and eyes. If you see that you are having problems then upgrade the solenoids and get the SCM.

Oh yeah, I have the Mac noids. They are working just fine!
