Have you reinstalled the software? Might have a bug in it that a fresh install might get rid of

Well coming from iPhone you can put it into dfu mode which pretty much makes it so you can reinstall the software. I'm not huge with android but I don't know if you can plug it into the computer and do it

Well this is android. Once it's done it's a POS paper weight. This is my 2nd one that's done this. Both I've had for less than 5 months
